Membership & Account
- Click “Membership”, select “Become A Member”
- Click “Select a Member Type”, choose: RM38, Normal Member
- Click “Self register” or “Register by Referral” (if you have a referral)
- Fill in your profile details and click to agree to Privacy Policy & Term of Use
- Click “process register” and make payment of member fees via Billplz payment gateway.
- Click on “Forgot Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- You will receive an email with temporary password. You may login with the temporary password and change the password in your account.
- Login to your member account.
- Click on “My Account” , Choose “Change Password”
- Fill in your old password at “Old Password” column, fill in new password in “New Password” column, retype your new password in “Confirm New Password” column.
- Click “Update My Password”
Normal membership renewal at RM10/2000pts for 1 year counting from the date of expiry.
Orders & Payments
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to add the other products into the cart or click “Go to Cart” and “Checkout” to proceed your payment.
- Fill-up and confirm your shipping details.
- Click “Select Voucher” if you have voucher to use.
- Click “Process Payment” to make payment via Billplz payment gateway (online banking) or SenangPay (credit/debit card)
- Yes, only if the order is still in shopping cart. Click “delete” from your shopping cart.
- We do not accept order cancellations after payment made of your order.
All products transaction currency will be done in RM=Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

Shipping
Log-in “My Account” → Click on “Shipping Address” → To edit or add new shipping address here.
Reshipment refers to the reshipping of returned or undelivered parcel(s) after several delivery attempts by our courier service partner. A “Reshipment fee” will be incurred if you wish to resend the returned/undelivered parcel(s) to a specific shipping address within West Malaysia.
- Oasis Home is not responsible for any delays caused by events beyond its control.
- Products will only be delivered to valid addresses (and not to PO boxes within Malaysia only.)
- Delivery hours are between 9.00am to 5.00pm from Mondays to Fridays and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. There will be no deliveries on Sundays and state, public or federal Holidays.
- Changes to the shipping and billing address will not be entertained after order has been confirmed.
- Orders made on Friday will only be processed on Monday.
- All orders received on Monday to Friday will be processed for pick & pack and delivered out the next day (not included public holiday & weekend).
- Remote areas may take a longer time to arrive.
- Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia is 3-7 working days.
- Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.
Returns & Support
No, sale and clearance products cannot be returned.
